Becoming a Partner with Discovering Idaho is easy. We have stories that are almost complete and are available to view. This way you or your organization can choose which stories relate to your policies and goals.

Who can be a Partner with Discovering Idaho?

Individuals who wish to see more Discovering Idaho stories can click the “Individual support” button and easily make a donation.

Business and Organizations have 5 tiers of Partnership. Each with rising degrees of credit.

Viewing projects in production is a great way to choose the stories that relate with your organizations VALUES the most.

Descriptions of the 5 Partnership TIERs

TIER 1

$500+ — Community Partner

1. Sponsor name in the YouTube description.

Once a film is completed, sponsor receives a finished promotional poster image containing something like:

This promotional image is allows your company special privileges for use on your website/social media as your own promotional content for the film.

TIER 4

$5,000 — Adventure Sponsor

etc.

6. Category exclusivity

meaning:
If your company is ABC Outdoor Supply, yours will be the exclusive outdoor-equipment retailer sponsor for this production. No other outdoor equipment related brand will compete with your brand.

TIER 5

$10,000+ — Presenting Sponsor

1. “Presented by” status

THE STORY

This placement is extremely valuable because the sponsor is visible before the viewer has to expand much of the description.

5. Youtube Thumbnail recognition

Thumbnails created for Youtube can include a small: Presented by [logo]. Optional, must fit the visual design of the thumbnail. Stories title must remain the dominant element on thumbnails. A small “Presented by Company Name” can work if a logo doesn’t fit the graphics design.

6. Promotional social media (sm) campaign

Prior to films release we begin a (sm) promotional campaign such as:
*Pre-production* (sm) post- “We are beginning production on our next Discovering Idaho film”.
*Production* (sm) post – Behind-the-scenes content
*Premiere* (sm) post – “Our new Discovering Idaho Story is now live.”

*Post-release”
Interesting facts, photographs, clips, etc.

This gives the sponsor exposure over weeks, rather than just on one day.

7. Category exclusivity

The presenting partner receives category exclusivity for the production.

8. Premiere/special screening

If we ever hold a premiere, community screening, outdoor event, etc., the presenting sponsor gets priority recognition.

9. First opportunity for the next Legacy Story

Tier 5 partners receive first opportunity to sponsor the next Discovering Idaho Story production.
